We can find new opportunities if we have the right approach. One story that I absolutely LOVE is from BuzzBallz. Exactly. Who are BuzzBallz?

Buzzballz is the only woman-owned distillery and winery in the United States.

When the W.H.O. and the C.D.C. came out with hand sanitizer formulation and waived the lengthy permit process, BuzzBallz stepped up and pivoted from an alcoholic distillery into hand sanitizer production. The result?  Not only were they able to support front-line disease-fighting personnel, but they saved their company and inspired their employees by helping COVID-19 first responders.  A total home run. I think even NFL quarterback Steve Young [a Mormon] would approve of this distillery – specifically on how they adapted to the current crisis and were able to use their resources to care for others.

The Japanese use two characters to describe crisis: one is danger, the other is opportunity.

We use four pillars to help you find new opportunities in a crisis:

  1. Clarity:  Are you and your team seeing potential threats as opportunities
  2. Connection:  Are you caring more for each other now that things have changed?
  3. Commitment:  Do you have a fighter’s spirit to confront tough situations?
  4. Completion:  Are you and your team impressed with the speed that clients and projects are coming across the finish line?

Let us help you execute a strategy that gets you to the other side of the crisis faster. Let us help you find peace of mind and reduce risk. Together, we can help you operate with ease and confidence.
Crisis is Opportunity.   What would it look like for you to turn your distillery into a hand sanitizer operation?
